Question about fingerprint scheduling

I submitted my online application two days ago and now I'm trying to schedule an appointment for the fingerprint but when I enter my trace number or dl I get a message saying, morphotrust hasn't received confirmation of my application and to wait 24 hours after I submitted my application.

Has anyone else received this message?
