I'm a newbie here so I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place.
Submitted CHL renewal online 5/14
Received letter requesting more documentation on previous conviction (DPS already has this from initial application) 6/14
Submitted documentation online and received email confirmation 6/14

And so the wait begins...

Still nothing 8/14
Begin calling

Finally talk to human 9/14
Told my application is closed due to lack of requested documents. When I tell him I have email confirmation of sent documents, he changes his tone and says a supervisor will contact me.
Supervisor calls the next day and asks me to re-send directly to her email address. I do so.

And nothing, again. 10/14

I call this supervisor and she asks for clarification of criminal history. I go through it with her, and she says all is fine and I should receive license in the mail in 7-10 days. 11/14

A lot more nothing... 1/15

Welcome to the forum.

You need to call again and see if they show it mailed out. If they do, then it could have been lost and they should send you another. If not, then contact your state representative and ask them to get involved.

After browsing this forum earlier and seeing others suggesting contacting your state representative, I emailed my state rep. Hopefully this will help.
I was also waiting for the holidays to pass before I start calling again.
It really shouldn't be this difficult.

I wonder why they are having so much trouble with receiving the forms we upload?? When you get the confirmation email you think all is good until you finally call and they tell you they don't have everything!
