Not sure why some people say they get them in less than 30days. Something is not right

I submitted mine on almost the same day, I called after 60 days and they supposedly never got my forms I submitted online. Just got mine Saturday roughly 100 days.

Applied in May. Plastic finally arrived. 123 days. Glad the ordeal is over.

5/7/14 -- docs uploaded on chl site; 5/13/14 -- docs mailed.
