I was told that they were waiting on my paperwork, and asked if I had sent it in yet.
I told her that this was the first time I had heard that. And that it was sent 60 days ago. 10 seconds later she mysteriously had my paperwork. I was then told it needed to go to data entry.
When I told her that they had 60 days to issue or deny, she told me that the 60 days starts now because they just got the paperwork. I explained that it was all sent together and that the 60 days starts when the actually get it, not when they get around to pretending they just got it.
Asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. Was polite the entire time, just refused to be lied to.

Re: May 2014
uploaded docs on 04/29, status online has never said anything but application processed online". No change. Ever. Called today and a very friendly lady stated it was completed and mailed today and would take approximately 5 days to be delivered. I'll believe it when I have plastic in hand, but... Coincidence??

Re: May 2014
Just got off the phone and they were not very helpful. Said the wait would be 56 minutes, but only ended up being 33. I'm sitting @ 50 days and just wanted to make sure they have everything. He said it was sitting at about 2 months before mailed materials were even being entered to start the process.

Re: May 2014
Quite honestly if I called them today I would tell them that it has been 60 days already. They obviously have no way to know when their mail came in if June CHLs have already been processed. Actually I may just do that and hope it gets the ball rolling. I am currently sitting at 50 days since they should have received my materials via usps.TVGuy wrote:Just got off the phone and they were not very helpful. EDIT:
Called in and told them its been over 60 days since I mailed in the materials. They said that it could take 30-90 days until their system even shows that the documents have been received. They have a very poor system in place there. I can think of multiple ways that they could improve the efficiency of the incoming documents. Oh well, once I get to 60 days I'll contact my rep to try and have them help out.
