Let us know if you got any helpful information. I called last week and got nothing, emailed and nothing. Paperwork submitted first week of Feb.

just got off the phone with them, she double checked and basically said that they have all my paperwork but it could take up to 90 days for anything to change. She said hopefully you will see some updates within next 2 weeks and if you dont, call back and we can then manually look into it then since its still "too soon".

Lucky you got someone helpful. From the sound of other people's posts, i would imagine your status will change in the next couple of days. I'll continue to hang out in CHL purgatory.
