Try calling the customer service number a buddy of mine is in the same boat and they said they would clear his out...

Thanks, I will give them a call tomorrow. Hope this works…. :cryin :mad5 :banghead:
Mine was exactly a week.

I called them today, very nice person on the call. Said everything looks fine but it maybe another few weeks to a month as they have been slamed with instructor renewals and other current renewals as well. He made it sound like new applicants are being pushed to the back… :headscratch :mad5 :totap: :boxing

In a couple of months, we will all look back on this and smile.

I still see the same thing...........

License Status: Application processed online. Concealed Handgun Licensing is waiting on the receipt of required materials. Once the application and materials have been received by Concealed Handgun Licensing and processing has begun, a more detailed status will appear on this page.

I know that it all depends on the individuals county that they live in as well for the background part, if im not mistaken.

Congrats to all that have recieved thiers, hopefully the rest of us October waiters will get ours soon. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!! :txflag:

FYI ... Just spoke to a nice guy at the CHL Dept. He said they are currently entering applications received around Oct 7. I submitted mine via e-mail on Oct 10 (they show received on Oct. 14) and he said to give them about two weeks to get this in. He did confirm they had my prints.

At least this gives me time to change my mind again and again about a EDC. :totap:

Checked today.... Background check pending.

Can't really remember the dates of when I took my class or my prints, but they have all been sent in already.

10/22 - DPS confirmed that they received my e-mailed documents

I've been told that my information still hasn't been put into the system. Still waiting... :totap:
