Lost My CHL

Lost My CHL
So I left my wallet in a cab and won't be getting it back. I reported it lost on the DPS website and paid for the replacement last Wednesday. Does anyone have any idea what the wait time is right now? Will it be shorter since it's just a replacement? I went to the DMV to get a temporary and order a replacement driver's license the same day and it already showed up today. They're both coming from the same place, so should I expect my replacement CHL soon as well?
