5/22/13 - First showed up on DPS website - Fingerprints and BG under review (checked daily)
6/02/13 - Manufacturing pending
6/04/13 - Manufacturing
6/06/13 - Mailed

FWIW, I noticed that the last two updates occurred sometime between 5:30 to 6:30 AM.

Now stalking the postman, LOL! Glad to know mine's on the way. Won't be long for the rest of yours either - hang in there!

My status updated today to Manufacturing Pending. I was almost three weeks in Background Check.

I count Day 1 as the day DPS received the packet in Austin since that was the first possible day the application could have been worked.

Wow .... another day goes by and more folks who sent in all their paperwork after me, but who are already getting their CHL before me ... happy for everyone! But woe is me!! C'mon DPS, you can do it!! Even a crappy LGS can do my background checks in five minutes!

Well, another update this morning. It finally says mailed. 64 days from when they received it 4/3 until it says mailed. Now I guess I can lay off the dps and get on the postal service. Lol.
