I submitted my prints on 2/23/13. According to USPS they signed for my packet on 2/28/13.

Today it still shows "Awaiting receipt. Sent an email this morning. Don't expect to get a response.

Submitted my renewal app online 3/25. Emailed the docs same time. Changed to manufacture pending on 4/25 and mailed on 4/26. Plastic in hand on 5/2. Total time from online app completion to plastic in hand - 38 days.
