That is one gorgeous holster man! I'm planning on ordering a pancake and a light/mag holder pretty soon. How long was the wait for it?

Thanks Catdaddy!

Tim actually had it "in stock" so all he had to do was the boning. I waited about a week. :woohoo
He said he ordered a small batch of leather that ended up turning out coffee brown rather than his normal brown so he called it a "limited run".
The attention to detail and comfort is awesome!

Bummer for me. Still pending BG check. I figgured mine would go faster than this. Lived in the same place for 10 years and have never even had so much as a speeding ticket. Oh well, the wait continues.

PocketGroove, you may have the most beautiful holster I've ever seen. Makes me wish I didn't have such a bizarro weapon. I've got a BladeTech holster coming in because they're the only ones who make one for my EAA Witness Elite Match. I contacted Crossbreed and asked if I could send in my pistol to be used as a mold, and they politely told me that they were making enough money making holsters for things they had the blue guns for.

Also, 7/20/11 my information has been delivered to DPS, so now I wonder how long before a human being actually touches it...We shall see.

ooooooo! Sweet holster!

From what I can see, your wait will be so short you will not believe it. Makes me wish I had waited to get my CHL so I did not have to wait as long.

Wait, that was stupid. :biggrinjester:

Thanks! Tim at TT Gunleather is a real craftsman! His website has so many awesome leather pics! My holster isn't even one of the "fancy" ones, but I think it's a work of art! I've only been wearing it around the house for a few days, but it's so comfortable that's I've actually forgotten it's there while working in the kitchen. The leather is really stiff so reholstering is a lot easier than I thought it would be, seeing as it is a slim model without reinforcement in the mouth.

That sucks that crossbread isn't willing to go the extra mile to set you up with a product. That EAA looks like it would be a pain to conceal!

Sweet!

As expected, my BG check is taking longer even though I included a copy of my 5 year old disposition. I just remembered how back when I was being interviewed for my security clearance some FBI agent came and had me tell him every little detail of my two year old car accident/misdemeanor, he was taking some serious notes : I did receive that secret clearance and it's been 5 years since the issue...

hurry up DPS... :waiting: ...I want my Certified Good Guy Card! :rules:

Mailed!! :hurry: Good thing I have next week off to wait for it to come in.

14 days from the day I mailed it in to the day they mailed it out. That's much faster than I expected. In fact I'm still waiting for my Crossbreed. Should I pick up another holster to use until it comes in? If so what's a decent cheap IWB for a Ruger SR9c?
