Time to start stalking the mailman :grumble Status showed mailed since 10-1-10, c'mon mailman. Hopefully will be in the box tomorrow.

FINALLY some movement.... very slow, incremental movement... but movement! Fingerprints are now complete. Ever closer... :drool:

BACKGROUND CHECK COMPLETE!!! Manufacturing pending. AWESOME. I still won't have it in time for my trip to the fair, but I'll probably have it next week! So happy...that wait was excruciating!

Congrats!!! Took about 3-4 days to get it in the mail after my status changed to that!

what i wanna know is why your Fingerprints and Background were completed a day apart and my fingerprints updated 10 days ago... LOL

You know its funny how things go while processing, it amazes me how some seem so different in timing. I look at the signatures of those who put their processing times and all are different with no pattern.

Thanks chrisansilver. I knew I was looking forward to getting the license. But Didn't realize how excited until I saw the status change today.
I'm looking forward to the first time I go to the range at Bass Pro and don't have to check my weapons at the door to have them locked. :anamatedbanana

I don't know why I figured background check and fingerprints were part of the same step in this process. :grumble

I think I will go read through the old JUNE Waiting Room thread to live vicariously through all their "Plastic In Hand!" posts!
