Does this mean you did not get your license (not approved?) or just tired of hanging out waiting and will get it when you get it, and no more stressing over it?Rvrrat14 wrote:Wasted effort .......signing off.

Means I'll get it when I get it. Dps issues and I'll leave it at that
Re: May 2010 Applications
It has now been 74 days since my application packet was received. I called today to find out what the hold up is but the only thing they could/would tell me is that the hold up is in the background check. I'm not sure what is causing the hold up because I've been more boring over the last 4 years than I was for the previous 32 before I originally got my CHL and I didn't have any delays back then.

Re: May 2010 Applications
Status changed to Manufacturing Pening last week. Received plastic this afternoon in the mail. Just checked status and still says Manufacturing Pending.
I would suggest to everyone that you read and understand the laws and don't be afraid to remind 'Other People' what they should already know. State statue is the law and EVERYONE is expected to follow it. There's a long story here, but not worth telling. Plastic in hand and all legal after 76 days.

Re: May 2010 Applications
Hey guys,
DPS received my completed application on May 17th and I received my plastic today, 8/5/10 (81 days). Supposedly they are a bit behind on background checks but it''s hard to get any straight info when you call them.

Good, good, good.Plastic in hand and all legal after 76 days
88 day wait for the state to approve my constitutional right to bear arms...
Re: May 2010 Applications
Finally my status changed to "Manufacturing Pending"
So far it has been 84 days since they received my application. Hopefully the manufacturing process won't take TOOO much longer.

Re: May 2010 Applications
It will probably be in that status for a few days at the most. I think they must produce the licenses in batches. Before you know it the status will change to "Mailed".beardking wrote:Finally my status changed to "Manufacturing Pending"
