February online application packets mailed out

I've seen a few posts about recent online applications in February where we are still awaiting our packets. I spoke to a CHL rep on the phone this morning and he said they are caught up and all pending packets were mailed this past weekend.

If you did the online application in February, you may want to call to confirm and post here if you hear different. 800--224-5744

I'm still waiting for my packet. I applied on-line on 3/2. Just hit 2 weeks mark today.

From the time I applied/paid online and the time the packet was in my mailbox was exactly three weeks.

DPS said it was an issue with running out of forms or some such, so hopefully yours will not take as long as mine did.

I applied online on March 5th and received my packet yesterday.
Dropped it in the mail this morning so now I get to play the waiting game too.

I apologize if this this is a stupid question....I have taken my CHL class and received a packet at class that included all of the forms and applications needed to complete and mail to Austin. I had my prints electronically done, passport photos done, affidavits done, etc. After my class I completed my online application March 14th. Tuesday, March 16th, I called DPS and the woman I spoke with (wonderful lady by the way) said I could not send the packet I already have in and that I needed to wait for them to send me another packet. What is this "other packet" she is talking about? Thank you. Sgrahek

Disregard...after further research I found the answer. This forum has an endless supply of information if you just look for it :)
