The Wally Walk was a success...as in nothing to report...
W-W white box ammo in stock... .38 Spl & 9mm...good prices still...

Checked out fishing rods at Academy...didn't buy one...
They had plenty of ammo on the shelves...but I have plenty for now...

On to Target for rawhide chews for the ole Lab...he likes them the best...
Soccer Moms milling about...buying school stuff...

Then on to Luby's for a late lunch...

Through it all felt very comfortable...became unaware of carrying concealed...
Even comfortable driving about and getting in and out of a two-seater sports car...

So there it is...
Kapuna reporting from the field... :patriot:

What no Wally walk pics. Sorry, it is not a valid WW without pics. Try again :thumbs2:

Kapuna:
Congrats on the plastic arrival and the Wally Walk.

I could not believe the way Austin sent me my plastic. It arrived
in a #10 envelope and they had not even licked the envelope. The
back of the envelope was secured (ha ha) with the tiniest piece of
tape you could imagine.

What a surprise when I opened it and my plastic was in there -
and only 45 days from the day Austin received my app.
(All together now - "We hate you SIA!")

Tell us about your pistola and your rig.

SIA

Thanks SIA and all you other guys...
Happy to finally have my CHL...
But I guess I need Wally Walk pics to be validated... :rules: ...

As for the rig pictured above...A S&W 442 Heller Edition (got a deal on it NIB) ... .38 spl +P...stout 'lil round...
Then added the Crimson Trace laser grips...(can fire from the hip with accuracy)...
The holster I bought off eBay from a guy in Stone Mountain, GA...He custom makes these holsters to order...
I like the offset belt clip as it keeps things thin and concealable...
In fact, I liked it so much I ordered another for my S&W 19 .357 with 2 1/2" barrel...(see pic below)
It's a heavier piece than the 442, but has a bit more punch too...

So...I guess I'm off to Wally World for pics now...

C ya....
