Average wait?

Average wait?
Well..this is my first post! So how long is the average wait to get your plastic? Just got conformation from usps that it arrived and I applied for my tracking PIN.

Our sample size is a bit small, but it seems like recently I have been seeing average waits of about 70 days until a PIN arrives and about 100 days until plastic arrives. Yes, that is beyond statute. Sorry to deliver the bad news.

Unfortunately, you are in for a long wait. I received my PIN w/in 24 days of turning in my application - I figured I would be one of the lucky ones and not wait so long. Wrong! As you can see on my sig line - it was a long time.
DPS is telling individuals that they are way behind and for a 90-120 day wait.

My son and I took the class together. My wait start to finish was 59 days. My son's was 94 days.

If you are lucky you'll get it by the bow season, but probably closer to the gun deer season.

i'd plan on 120... mine was 131 if my math is correct...
my advice: find something else to do and try and forget about it for a while
and see if that makes the time go faster... and don't check your status every
day once you have a PIN... it's worse than watching a pot boil...
