2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...

My timeline

3/23 - took classes
3/26 - fingerprints
3/28 - submitted ltc 100 form
4/4ish - status showed up on website (background check under review)
4/17 - still waiting for site to update (background check under review)
4/22 - still waiting for site to update (background check under review)
4/25 - called dps just to check and make sure they had everything. Was told I was under further review but she didn't know why. I was arrested once 20 years ago so I'm assuming that has something to do with it. I don't owe child support, no felonies, and don't owe taxes. Guess I'll have to wait longer!
5/7 - still waiting (background check under review)
5/23 - still waiting (background check under review)
6/19 - BACKGROUND CHECK COMPLETE! PRINT PENDING!

FINALLY! 83 days from the time i submitted the ltc form until background check complete. Now lets see how long until I have plastic in hand!

June 13 finally went all green and mailed. Got plastic in hand today. Total of 83 days since I submitted everything. Good luck everyone.

Looks like we were in the same boat. Mine was 83 days until everything went green. Just waiting on the mail now!

Crazy I had almost the same exact timeline.
4/4 everything submitted
6/13 print pending
6/20 all green
77 days so far.
I’m guessing it’ll take another week to be mailed.

Now to wait on our notorious USPS

Update:
I think I found the reason for variations in timelines. It must have to do with the review process of criminal background. According to the TLTC Handbook GC §411.176 after the state background check, you are sent for a local background check, or geographical, which they have 30 days to respond.

May 17th - Day 30
So far no change. No letters in mail requesting additional information. I do have one arrest from 1996, case dismissed. No conviction. I provided the information during the application process.

June 4th - Week 7
Sent a request for Application Status via the RDS contact form this morning.
Still no request for additional info in the mail.

June 22nd - 47 Business Days, 66 Calendar Days, 9.5 weeks since status showed up.
- Everything went green this morning as of 8:30am - Print Pending. Was not green late last night (11pm).
Woohoo!
Now waiting for Print and Mailed.

Submitted all of my paperwork yesterday! Anyone on here had any experience being active duty military? I’m not sure if having a security clearance already speeds up the process or not...

I wanted to post my timeline so far. Seems like Im one of the lucky ones:

06/14/19- Submitted Application
06/19/19- Fingerprinted
06/23/19- Took CHL Class
06/23/19- Submitted LTC100 Form
06/24/19- Confirmation Email of documents received
06/26/19- Status shows online (All Green except background check
06/27/19-Background check completed. Print Pending

Everything cleared within 4 days of submitting class paperwork. Now I am just waiting for it to print! Didn’t expect that!
