On day 49 or 7th business week.

Spoke to a representative and instead of using the typical 60 day response, he told me 8 business weeks.

I'll bet our applications are just sitting in a pile on someone's desk already approved but just to torture us they let them sit. When the "8th business week" arrives, then they say okay we will send it to be printed. They are just going to make us wait the time out regardless.

Hang in there. Mine took 4 months, but I needed additional paperwork.

I went on a one week vacation (out of the country) so I couldn't check the status everyday. When I returned, I checked and it was all green and "Print Pending"

So if Im reading correctly, The state has 60 days to issue your license. Without needing anymore paperwork or forms, is that saying that HAVE to issue it within 60 days?

Up to 60 days unless they need more info or paperwork. Then they have 180 if more info needed
