Any updates anyone?
Its been 5 days and the background check is still under review. I'm hoping by next week but I'm not sure since I'm out of state. There are people on here that got it in a couple of days though.

Do you guys count the days since everything was accepted and the "Background Check Under Review" or do you guys count the days since they started the application (like when you got an email saying (documents received)?

Remember that the count is business days, not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not part of the 60 day time period DPS has to complete or deny the license.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

That is DPS' story, but the law doesn't say that.bblhd672 wrote:Remember that the count is business days, not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not part of the 60 day time period DPS has to complete or deny the license.
