2017 Wait time

Should it take a long time for fingerprints to come back when they are sent electronically? All my information was sent and received December 9th 2016 and it still shows finger prints under review and background under review.

They say 7-10 days to receive your prints from Identigo. I would call them and ask if your prints need to be redone. If not, they may wait until your 60th day and send you a letter saying your prints were not legible.

Mailed my AZ DPS packet first class postage at lunch today. May get AZ CHL before Texas gets done.

I uploaded my chl-100.pdf Nov 13.
I still have no status, I tried contacting them when calling it phone system says the are busy and hung up, I tried send email and got a generic email back.

I am at a lost at what I should do.

I would keep calling. At one point it asked if I wanted to be called back and they did.

After calling and email my status is updating

But I did find it interesting that an email I received aks for social security number to be included in the email to get a response.
No way would i send my Social Security number via an email
If I had me carry licences I would not have an need to contact them

Dang you beat me to it! Mine is going out in the morning next day priority hahaha. My buddy who has his Arizona permit said it took about 4 weeks to get it back.

The only date that i have are the finger prints 01/21/17 thats the day i went and did it i really do not kwon all the rest because they all where green when my status show up

1/17/17 - Submitted Supporting Documents and Supporting Documents were Received

DPS site shows no change in status but they just got everything so hopefully that will change today. Will update when something changes.

Update: 1/26/17 - Status finally changed and all that is left is background check under review and print pending completion of application review.
