Waiting on mine. Just curious, how long was your wait? Wondering the shortest time, the lucky guy :thumbs2: and the longest time, the unlucky guy :totap: ?

It really just varies...

For me, the last piece DPS needed was my finger prints. From the day my prints were submitted until the day the website changed it was 44 days.

Oddly for me, the day the website changed and the day I received my plastic were the same day.

43 days total. Took the class and then did the application. Had to wait two weeks for the fingerprints since identGo was booked out. 16 days between having everything submitted and card in hand.

My timline:

09/11 - CHL Class
09/20 - Online application and document upload
10/08 - Fingerprints
10/22 - DPS website status change
10/24 - Plastic in hand!

56 days and counting. I don't consider myself the unlucky one, it's my fault I didn't learn my lesson. :txflag:

Whew... That is a long wait compared to others ... I'm at 54 days... So I might come close to your wait.

SEVEN (7) months! It was one problem after the other; picture was not up to spec, they had some problem with the way I filled out my form, my fingerprint was a tad smudged, etc. Why couldn't they just notice all the problems all at once instead of finding a new problem every time after I've fixed a problem?!

CHL Class: 08/14/15
CHL-100 and App sent online: 08/15/15
Prints done: 08/18/15
Status changed on site: 09/05/15
Plastic in the mailbox: 09/05/15

My wife's dates were different, but she was also just 13 business days from prints to plastic. My oldest brother, though, is already over 60 days waiting with no signs of being approved.
