My online status changed today! I sent my CHL-100 on 9/22 and received confirmation e-mail the same day. Hope to have plastic by Thanksgiving. Last time I called in Oct. I was told something "popped up" on my background check?!? Guess they got it cleared up! Never been arrested, so I don't have a clue what popped.
