Here's my timeline:
App complete - 10/12/15
Finger prints - 10/14/15
Uploaded CHL 100 - 10/17/15
Received Upload Confirmation - 10/19/15
10/30/15 - called and they said my background check is complete, just waiting for CHL 100 to be entered into system.
11/6/15 - Called and I was sent for printing today!!

11/17/15 - Website Change

Now just waiting and I am more anxious than ever.

Your timeline is almost the exact same as mine! Do you live in a big city? I've heard it takes longer in highly populated counties.

So it sounds like they start the process before all documents are received if the background check was done before the CHL-100 was loaded? My timeline is almost identical to you, so I'm hoping that is the case. Called in Monday and they said they had everything except for the CHL-100 which was mailed on 10/16.

Yes, they definitely begin processing before everything was received. My background check was completed before my CHL-100 was entered into the system.

Couldn't help myself and called again today (a week since they told me I was approved). They said my card has not been printed and won't be in my hands for at least another 2 to 3 weeks

I'm hoping she was just saying that. My online status still hasn't changed

My online status changed Wednesday, plastic was in the mail today! 52 days from confirmation email to plastic in hand.

I had to call on mine and they lost some piece of paper, but found it and that added about 14 days on mine. I didn't have to resubmit... Maybe call next week and see if you can get in touch with a different rep?
