DPS DID NOT RECEIVE FINGERPRINTS!!!!!!

SO I SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION SEP 6
FINGERPRINTED SEP 11
CHL CLASS SEP 12
MAILED DOCUMENTS SEP 14
CONFORMATION EMAIL SEP 14
AND NO CHANGE AS OF TODAY SO I DECIDED TO CALL THE LADY ON THE OTHER END SAID THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY FINGERPRINTS YET.I ASKED THE MORPHO PEOPLE IF I NEEDED A RECEIPT THEY SAID NO DPS SHOULD GET IT.IN THERE SYSTEM . BUT I DID GET A TCN NUMBER. SO I HAD TO GIVE THAT TO THE DPS LADY. TO MAKE A REQUEST ON MY BEHALF.....KINDA UPSET....WAS HOPING FOR MY LICENCE IN TIME FOR THE FAIR.....

My Certificate was lost and didnt find out until 9/20. I re-submitted them and on 9/29 was approved and printed now waiting on license. All other paperwork was submitted on 8/31. I was also upset I was not notified. Oh well

Oh NO! Now I'm worried. I thought they were supposed to let you know if there was anything missing. I was kinda hoping to have mine for the fair, too.

I was 84 days total, along about day 70 I called and they said no fingerprints received.
I offered to have them re-done but they said no, that would mess things up worse.

Anyway, you gotta call them to break things loose. No telling what the real problem is, and they won't say - but they get it done if you bug 'em.

Got my plastic today!!!!!!! No Wally walk had some business to attend but all is well.....
