I ordered my year supply a few months ago. No issues.
Powder Valley had everything in stock a few weeks ago, and post of facebook about shipments when they get in.

Re: buying powder and primers latley
I visited one of the local hangout shops last Saturday and three of us needed primers. The shop owner said he had a couple more guys that mentioned a coming need (as well as himself and stock for the shop), so he ordered several thousand to make the $52 hazmat+delivery fee work out. My son and I drove out to the shop yesterday and picked up our 2 bricks of primers at $30 each OTD. The shop owner did say that both Rem and Fed primers weren't immediately available, but he had no problem getting Win and CCI at good prices.
It's not gun control that we need, it's soul control!

Thanks for Letting me know about Powder Valley, the hazmat fee will be worth it if I order my year supply through them, best prices I have seen.

That's how I do it. By time it was done the primers still cost me 15/1000 less than local. Sure my mailman wasn't happy when my year supply of bullets came in over three day period.Richardc wrote:Thanks for Letting me know about Powder Valley, the hazmat fee will be worth it if I order my year supply through them, best prices I have seen.

Re: buying powder and primers latley
my berry bullets arrived this morning......mail lady was funny, she has a few on her route that get reloading supplies (bullets) through the "if it fits it ships) USPS boxes. I felt sorry for her as she groaned getting the boxes out her car
so after a few adjustments we now have just north of 2500 loaded and ready for the range
it was a great way to spend a rainy day

You could make her much happier and like you better if you volunteer to help next time you get such a heavy package sent to you.powerboatr wrote:my berry bullets arrived this morning......mail lady was funny, she has a few on her route that get reloading supplies (bullets) through the "if it fits it ships) USPS boxes. yeah, ya gotta plan ahead...
back in '08 things went nuts, I was unprepaired. some orders were back ordered up to 9 months.
this time around a friend and i planned ahead and ordered 2-3 years of consumables earlier this spring. no worries.

I have oodles of primers, some Berry Bullets, etc., mucho MT's and some various powders. I may reload some CF ammo when it turns cooler.
