Rifle Primers

#1

Post by JackRR »

I just got into reloading this past month, got all my equipment(press-dies etc) finally , got bullets, brass. Now I need primers and powder.
I want to buy the primers locally (no hazmat/shipping charges) in the Austin area.
McBrides none
Sportsman WH none
Cabela's ( their website said none)

Online Midway/Natchezz/Midsouth/Graf/powdervalley/.....none

Any ideas? I live north of Austin and dont mind driving to San Antonio if anything is available there.
If I keep trying online I will probably find some but hazmat+shipping pays for a lot of gas for my car.

Looking for both large and small rifle primers.

good luck--NO one has any small rifle primers. If you want large rifle primers, you may find some at the major reloading outlets...but it is hit 'n miss. Good luck!

I have 1000 rounds Remington no.7 1/2 Small Rifle Bech Rest Primers. Will trade for same amount of primers for 45 ACP. But I am in the Spring, Texas area.
