Me 3. That's some pretty shotgun you have there. What is it? An extended mag, 8 shot Mossberg? But it doesn't look like a slide action gun. Hmmmm. Now I'm curious

That's a Remington 1100 autoloader, with new stock, 18" Barrel, 7 round (total, adds 2) extension, and A Coleman Special Flashlight :)

Very nice! I'm partial to autoloader S.D. shotguns. There's no better home defense gun than one of those. Good show!

Is the police telling me I'm not allowed to go someplace that isn't posted really proper notice? I thought it had to be the owner or a representative of the business. I understand and agree that it would be foolish to return to the theater until everything is resolved, but has he really been given proper notice?

If you think receiving trespass notice from a peace officer doesn't count, good luck in court.

In my town, business owners can sign "power of attorney" agreements with the police dept. That way, the owner does not have to file the charges, the police can. However those businesses usually have fairly large signs with the police dept logo explaining that they have power of attorney posted at the entrances to the parking lots.

edited to say...I really need to quit being lazy and get a photo-hosting account and start posting pictures. I could show you an example of the signs
*******edited again to see if this works

Beiruty wrote:I guess the bull story of homicide (if it's really has no basis) is to cover the confiscation of the handgun. The prostitution investigation is to cover the incident in the theater. BTW, do not go there at all. It is a private place and they can deny you from going there for any reason.

You will be in the clear. No arrest, not charges. Everything else is just a report to cover the bull.

Aand, I am not a lawyer.
:iagree: If I was a suspect in a homicide, I would expect that some detectives would be knocking on my door to take me downtown for questioning, as it pertains to the homicide. I've not read where anything like that has happened to Aaron.

I'm guessing that the HISD LEO that knocked on the door at 3am identified himself as police. But, why HISD police? How could they have a role in this? There's something (a lot) missing here. If they mentioned that he's a suspect for a homicide, did they happen to mention anything about the homicide case that he's a suspect in? Have they given his plastic back?

More info please...

I'll answer, it's called 'Texas Statutes'. Here is the link http://www.davidfinucane.com/txstatutes/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Thats it!

There's also one that only has the Texas Penal code. The only benefit there, as I can see, is that it loads faster, and runs better on Non 3gs iphones.
