NAA .22 Black Widow vs Folding Grip

The local Gun Dealer showed me the North American Arms .22 Mini Revolver the other day. Didn't think much of it at the time but then did a little research and now I think I'm hooked.
What originally got me was the optional folding "Holster Grip" Looks VERY handy. But then my buddy showed me his Black Widow. The grip on it is a bit larger than the other models, and that makes it comfortable for me to hold.
So I was hoping there might be someone out there that had experience with both models. I was wondering if you can "flip" the Holster Grip open like a knife? Or if it just adds another step that makes it not as quick to draw and fire?

Or if you want a real pocket gun get a Kel-Tec p32 in .32ACP.

I already have an M&P Bodyguard .380 and it fits well in my front pocket. Was more interested in a .22LR for plinking and for occasional carry.
Any suggestions for other .22LRs are welcome though. Thanks. But it can't be too pricey... Like low $300s or less.

I have the second type of grips on my Pug. Makes it easier to grip, not that it improves my poor accuracy with it. As a result, I rarely carry it anymore.

These are cool. I actually have one of these revolvers. It is one of the firearms my dad left me. Definitely going to have to check these out.

Yeah, I get the feeling that the "Holster Grip" is a cool looking option, but the Black Widow seems more usable.
I dropped my friend's BW into my pocket and it practically disappeared. Very cool.

Take a look at the sidewinder. Same idea as pug, but cylinder works more like a regular revolver. I have both the folder and black widow. They both have sat in my safe since the novelty wore off. Maybe if I had a holster for the black widow I would use it more often.

I like the sidewinder, but with adding the larger grip, it comes in at about $375. So that is a little high for me on this type of gun. but it is nice!
You already have a holster... your front pocket!

My pockets have too much stuff in them already.

I'm not sure if you're being serious, but it's really not necessary for you to go through the trouble. I appreciate the offer, but I really have no intention of carrying my NAA revolvers.
There are some pretty cool holsters on ebay though.
