Finger on the trigger. No holster. SOB "gangsta" carry(enhanced by the human subject being black). Hideous Plaid Boxer Shorts.

Not only is his finger on the trigger - the safety is "off".

All of the above, which are almost too numerous to list. The sad thing is, there are probably a lot of people out there who do just this.

Not a 1911. Not 45 ACP. No lanyard attached to the lanyard loop. Lacks Dan Chinook Wooly Mammoth grips but we already established the firearm it isn't a 1911.
OTOH, the plaid boxers are nice.

Re: Ammoland should know better
I don't think there's enough evidence to know if the finger is on the trigger. Because of his poor grip, instead of it riding the slide, it might be extended straight to the end of the trigger guard for all we know. I don't think his finger shows it's hooked either, the part we see THRU the trigger guard appears straight.

Re: Ammoland should know better
If I saw a shooter with their finger in the same exact spot, I'd give them a "FINGER" warning. Whether the cells of his flesh are in contact with the molecules of the trigger, doesn't matter, his finger is "on" the trigger.
The point has been made, this is clearly an idiotic picture. More than that is semantics by pedants. myself included...

FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

I'm surprised we've made it almost to the end of the page with no one mentioning the cheap belt.
