Question about eligability

I was arrested several years ago for driving with a suspended license and went to court. The court record (obtained from the Dallas county website) shows two dispositions.(definitions of the disposition codes were found on the Dallas County website)

The first says: Verdict Date 051205 DISP NAOG (NonAdjudication of guilt (Agreed plea)), I was assigned 6 months probation and community service

Second says: Verdict Date 112105 DISP DISM (Charge Dismissed) DISM Type NFOG (No Finding of Guilt (Dismissal Type))

I am thinking that the chl requirement "has not, in the five years preceding the date of application, been
convicted of a Class A or Class B misdemeanor" would mean that as of 5/12/10, I'm in the clear and can submit my application, but I wanted to pose the question here, as not to waste my money sending in an application that will be rejected.

Am I correct?

You have nothing to worry about. Send it in. You'll be fine.

Be sure to list it on your application, and include certified copies of the disposition, but it sounds like you're in the clear.
Congrats, and good luck with the process.

Class B or C? Either way you should be ok.

I'm guessing B if you went through a County Court at Law
