Unless you use some downward pressure on the lever, I doubt it would move to the off position while in a holster that covers it. Loose in a purse or pocket it might get enough pressure from something pushing against it, but it's doubtful.

Good clarification. I noticed that as well when I handled one (although I haven't shot one yet).
