This is my favorite carry set up and with my Beltman belt I sometimes forget that it is there.

Re: Post your 1911 beauties!
I was out and about this afternoon and this puppy followed me home. The Fist leather and Simonich Gunner grips have been waiting for a new host.

I plan to hit the range early tomorrow and put her through a little torture testing. If she proves worthy, I'll be using her in an IDPA BUG match this Thursday.

I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

I purchased this Kimber Eclipse Target II with Crimson Trace grips from a friend a couple months ago. He hated it because he said it jammed very often. I broke it down anad cleaned it and it has only jammed once. It most likely isn't even broke in yet. But it soon will be, I now have ammo.

That's a slick looking setup. One of these days I need to outfit my DW CBOB for carry. Right now it gets toted around in a Maxpedition Versipack. The Annoyed Man wrote:My new Kimber UC II with night sights, and my D.M. Bullard IWB holster and mag holders:
I love my Kimber. It is (besides my 5" S&W M29) the finest pistol I've ever owned. I just had the ambi-safety mounted this week.
