Nothing to worry about - it'll never pass. Almost all Republicans and many Democrats in the house will utterly reject the registration requirement, and the NRA will go absolutely thermonuclear over it.

We already have laws requiring that for a 14" coach gun or a firearm noise muffler, so I don't share your optimism.

Read that phone calls and letters to Congressman have been 8:1 (8 pro-gun to 1 anti-gun) since this happened. Stossel is now saying nothing will pass Congress. Not cocky or complacent, yet, just hopeful.
