That all depends, Arnel's shop does good work and he doesn't take long but he could have a large backlog or your gun might need special attention.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

You might try a new recoil spring and some different self-defense ammo. But if you had no problems with ball ammo, I'd say you're okay.

I use Hornady XTPs, so I've no idea if Hydroshoks feed in my own RIA. (I -think- they do, but I've only fired one box of them through it).

I'd stay away from +P loads in that gun, on general principle. I know my own RIA will shoot them, but I don't use them very often because I don't want the barrel and slide to get any looser (mine rattles somewhat).

i only put those hydra shocks through it to see if they would work being as that is what i was keeping loaded for carry i wouldnt shoot them much eather just to expencive and hard on the gun i since have cleaned the gun realy well as it was just crammed full of junk i think its going to be fine now not 100 percent. where can i get a recoil spring in town so i dont have to order one

Obviouly, can't answer your question. That is just a thought because I had feeding promblem (under 200 rnds.. break-in pains?) and I called and sent it in and I got in back is less tha 10 days!!They called me to confirm they received it , called me again to say they mailed it back and followed up with me to check if I shot it yet and what I thought of it.That's why I said IMHO they have the best customer sevice in the industry...

Good Luck with your RIA!! I am really enjoying my little RIA collection!
