Late 40's, got my CHL back in Nov of last year (6 months to the week from mailing app in). DoubleActionCHL can take the credit for teaching an excellent class.

Married, 3 daughters. One with me and wife, one married off and one with ex-wife in Md. One dog. Not really a dog, more of a dust mop with legs.

Started making my own leather holsters a few weeks ago, posted some pictures on here.

So far I like what I see about this forum. Folks have been friendly and I like how politics are kep to gun related issues. I rarely see eye to eye with folks on a lot of things.... so I find friendships develope better if a few things are kept out of conversation.

Aircraft mechanic, I fly a lot and work on airports in the secure area, so I can't carry everywhere. When I am off work (or off the airport) I carry everywhere that's legal. Everywhere. Getting ready to go to Africa in a few hours, be back next weekend. Hopefully I'll have 'net access and be able to read more and learn more.

Howdy y'all,

I'm new on the forum, but used the CHL checklist (a great resource) and found the receprocity map after making my own (the one on this forum is superior).

I just got my CHL today, but I'm stationed in CO and won't be able to carry here for another year (CO has a 21 age restriction). But it'll be good to have while I'm at home.

Thanks for all the great resourses.
