I have to agree with this . . . I've looked at SKS rifles, and really don't think they're worth the ~$300 that's being asked. At least not to me.

From what I understand the stock will have more dings and the bluing will be more worn, but it should function just fine. What that means for the condition of the barrel I'm not sure. I've called them before for other items and they have been very friendly and helpful, so you might want to just ask them.
