One left in the Mag.

My Tac Ultra II has the issue feeding the last round in the magazine. It does it with the Wilson Combat mags just the same as the Kimber(which will be converted as well to Wilson spring and follower soon).

Its got about 400 rounds through it so far. After 200 more if the problem is still around I'll give Kimber a ring. It has the EE slide.

FWIW, I field strip and clean my firearms meticulously after each range outing. Then it gets lubed. It is always well lubed. I lube it after 2 weeks of not being fired as well. In my case I think it just either needs more break-in time, or some TLC from Kimbers.

My Warrior had issues on the first couple magazines.
Bought some Chip McCormick 8-rnd'ers, and we have been rocking along ever since.

I'm somewhere close to 2000 rnds thru the Warrior, and it has not hiccup'ed since the first couple of trips. Longtooth has good advice; don't be concerned about too much on your sub-300 rounds.

Just focus on putting small holes downrange.

And as Cyphur will now admit, there is something about shooting a .45 pistol ....

I really love shooting my full size 1911 that's why I figured a carry .45 was a great idea. Cyphur's picture sealed the deal for me .

jez...Jim (Diode)....been outta touch for a bit...when did you get the Kimber .45?
