After seeing what he did to a classic BAR when he was on "Sons of Guns" can't say that I'm too impressed.

I am betting his guns will cost so much the average person will not be able to afford to buy one. :txflag: Just like his bikes. :fire

No thanks, don't plan on watching or buying his t-shirts like the rest of the population that cannot afford his bikes. I did follow the American Guns link, didn't see any BAR, maybe I was distracted by the Paige Wyatt gallery. oops.

:iagree: That "upgrade" was just plain wrong on about 20 levels.

I may have missed something, but isn't he a felon?
If so, I would question his ability to get a FFL.

He kept it up until a hunter came along and shot him.

Have a feeling he'll sell a lot more tee shirts and "accessories" (as in useless chinguses that have no function) than actual firearms. Probably some new 1911 grips that are extra gaudy. That's about it.

Could be wrong though.

He doesn't have to be the one with the FFL, just the guy with his name on the building. The guy is good [questionable?] at branding himself, and this is just another avenue. Get a partner who holds the FFL and is OK with him putting his name on the sign, and he has himself a gun shop.

edit: let me rephrase - if he was a partner in a legal partnership, I know he has to list himself on the FFL application, but I'm sure there are other business structures that would allow him to still be an investor or involved in the business to get around that issue.

That should be a hanging offense.
