Hey, Marty. I met you in Texas City last year. I didn't realize you and Linda were an item. My real name is Jim Casey. I'm the guy with the pony tail.

Hear, Hear! :cheers2:

Venus Pax's advice and insight has been invaluable on the issue of guns/CHL and my girlfriend. She's coming around nicely now! It's good to have another lady on the forum. :txflag:

Welcome aboard pgoit.
Glad to have you. You have a very unique occupation. Probably the only one on the board.

Howdee!

Gender: Female

Age: Half a century & holding

Married for 23 years (to the same man)

1 child - daughter 8 years old (I was a late bloomer)

Awaiting CHL

Just started shooting, but it's my new love. Hubby's thrilled that I am now "into" guns.

Embarrassed to say what kind of pistol I chose, because I haven't seen any others on this site, but here goes: Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra Compact.

OK - stop laughing now - I like it anyway. I like all the safety features, since I'm a new shooter, plus I have kids around the house.

What else? Oh, yes, member of NRA, TSRA, and PSC Range.

Occupation: for the last 1 1/2 years taking care of mother-in-law with Alzheimer's who lives with us. However, I've recently decided to go back to school and work part-time. Anybody need an executive assistant, secretary, word processor, gopher . . .?

I tried to add some cute little emoticons here and there, but they were stubborn and wouldn't participate.

I've really been enjoying the forum. The discussions are interesting and educational. Thanks for having me!

'nuf said, I suppose.

Love them Hemis! I own a '05 Magnum with the 5.7 Hemi. It'll pass everything but a gas station. Glad to have a fellow goat driver on the board.
