A few days ago I ordered 1,000 rounds from freedom munitions. Within 15 mins of using the "email me when in stock" feature, I received an email. Paid a little more but at least no more driving around throughout the week.

If you think you'll be doing business with them, set up an account ahead of time & sign in when you're shopping. That way when they have what you're looking for, it'll only be a couple of clicks vs having to type everything in while someone else swoops in & buys from under you.

Just an FYI, I now having a shipping number from my January 23 order at Palmetto State Armory - not a bad turnaround, considering the order volume they must be dealing with.

I received an email from freemdomunitions today too. Jumped on it, placed the order for a little more (just in case) and already received the email that is shipped (a couple hours later). seems they are turning around quickly now and preventing a backlog.

Luckygunner.com has some Blazer Brass and Lawman right now. Too bad after shipping it's about twice as much as usual. 2 50ct boxes of Blazer after shipping was like $57! I just can't force myself to buy it for that much.

FYI, gunbot.net is actually faster than freedomunitions email notifier. i think it was close to ten minute difference and with sales right now thats a huge difference.

I laughed out loud. We really are to the point where 10 minutes is making a difference. Man I wish I had gotten into guns and CHL a little earlier in life, now everything I want or would want in the near future prices me out of the market for now. Time to start playing the lottery and hope I get lucky.

I've gotten it once, it wasn't for the regular 9mm ammo though it was the (used to be cheaper) "blaster training ammo". So the trick is to sign up for several different types of ammo in every quantity they sell.

I signed up only for the new 115grain round noses, but in all sized packaging previously, I don't know if I need to resign up periodically?

I received this one on Monday Feb 11,2013. 3:17pm. You didnt get it? If you didnt, I wonder if they have so many people on the email list that they actually sell out faster than the server can send emails and when it runs out it stocks sending emails.. so the people on the back end of the list never get a fair chance.. lol

Walked in to Acedemy today for my daily box of 5.56. They had more inventory than normal. It's all in full veiw at the service desk. I asked the clerk what was in the big box for $229. She said 9mm, 1000 rounds. I said yeah, I take that too. :anamatedbanana
