Yes, they are. I haven't found anyone offering it, though. :grumble

Thats the first time I have seen it offered for the 380, guess it would work great for this set up then. LCP-Z and Zmax, should have you safe from all living dead.

It's kind of weird seeing gun companies hopping on a national fad. You can add Taurus and Mossberg to the list of companies cashing in. Taurus with a judge based entry and Mossberg with 4 yet to be announced models (one is a tactical lever action, one is a shottie based on their chainsaw gripped 500 with light and laser).

EDIT: Actually, I'll probably buy it for Christmas presents too :biggrinjester:

I picked some .45's up for my son, for Christmas gift, at Academy about a month ago...he's a big zombie fan, and likes to shoot my various 1911's when he comes home from grad school. Too pricey for plinking, but figure the box and advertisement will be a hit with him...and we use my reloads for practice anyway. :fire

My wife is into all the zombie hype. She actually offered to buy me some so she could have the box. Then I reminded her about her other friends who are zombie freaks......walked out of the store with 3 boxes! Bullets for me, boxes for her...aint gunna complain about that. First time I can remember cheezy advertisment working in my favor.

A clever ploy on your part to bring up the friends...well done! :thumbs2:

Do yall think the 185 gr JHP's would make good carry ammo? $28 for 20....
I've never understood why JHP's are so much more expensive than ball ammo.

R & D, and because they can pull the "isn't your life worth a few extra bucks" card.

Other than having a green plastic insert instead of red, they appear identical to the Hornady Critical Defense ammo I carry every day.

Dude this is very effective ammo. I was beset with a small hoard of "walkers". The new ammo functioned flawlessly. My XD cycled well and the ammo had a devastating impact upon their skulls. Nice entry wound and the entire back half of their cranium was gone.
