Glock 26

I am new around here but I have been mamabear since I had my first child. My husband says that I am like a Goldilocks mamabear with an apron making treats for all who visit so long as everyone is kind to my cubs, but if a person wants to injure/hurt my little ones I will fight like a mother bear! The "Cali" part I got from my Italian husband! VIVA! all the mama-bears and daddy bears on here ready to defend their cubs!
SAHM to four precious children. Wife to a loving husband.

1965, I was working with mentally and physically handicapped Boy Scout Troop in Reno, Nevada--kids hung me with name Bear as they could say it even with speech problems. It has stuck and lots of my friends and neighbors and folks that I camp and Dutch oven cook with don't know my real name. The 67 is the year I graduated Texas A&M first. And it is easy to remember for us old folks with oldtimers disease

My FIL started Dutch oven cooking here around Christmas time. He's really into it. There's a show on RFD TV I think it is he hates to miss.Bear67 wrote:1 lots of my friends and neighbors and folks that I camp and Dutch oven cook with
I haven't gotten there yet, but it's a skill I wouldn't mind trying out. Used to have a friend whose dad was foreman of one of the sections of the King Ranch, and would go out on round ups with them. Their cook made pan de campo and beans in the dutch oven. Amazing stuff when cooked that way.

I love to fish a lot but I'm just a little fish in the over all scheme of things and it all smells a little fishy on occasions.

No I'm not Egyptian, I'm about as white as they get. Mythologies & religion interests me though, in an entertaining kind of way. :)

At the ripe old age of 38 I retired from the US Navy, for the last couple of years in the kids that worked for me always told me I was old, well I was a Chief so Old Chief it is.
