Did a quick look/see on FW Star Telegram site and, thankfully!, saw nothing there. BTW, the "purists" out there may be reminding you shortly that it was probably a ND. Negligent Discharge.
Edited to add: Just called a friend who is a vendor at that show. He said he was pretty much there working table most of the hours open and never heard anything.

George - we came to see you Sunday, and Bill said you were "napping". Maybe it happened while you were snoozing!gfmun wrote:I was working the Fort Worth Gun Show all day Sunday and did not hear anything.

Was there between 9:30-2:00. Nothing like a gun shot was heard. Maybe parking lot?
If guns cause crime, mine must be defective!!

Re: AD at Fort Worth gun show
I came across this on The High Road this morning, posted earlier this month by a fellow Texan. Did not mention the specific venue, but sounds to me like it coulda been the restrooms on left at bottom of escalators at Will Rogers.
"At the show's location there are public restrooms in the building's lobby before entering the checkpoint. Some guy was in the restroom with his small kid and decided to reload his licensed "carry" before going home. A round accidently discharges. No one was hurt but as you would expect, the incident induced a bit of activity by the local law enforcement and show staff at the check site nearby."
