Those numbers are so generic it would be unrealistic for more than a handful of people to find them ideal for their body type. For me, being 6'2", those numbers would put me at 180lbs. Even at 285lbs, I was at 34% body fat, which was 95.2lbs of fat, so with 0% body fat, I would have been 188.5lbs. 0% body fat is not possible to attain. Healthy range of body fat for a male 20-30 years is 8-19%. Even at 8%, I would still be over 200lbs, at 6'2". Below 8% is considered unhealthy. Dont get me wrong, even at 275lbs, I'm well above what would be considered a healthy body fat, even though my blood pressure is perfect, my resting heart rate is well above average (i havent checked it in a while, but it was somewhere around 60bpm when I last checked), and every blood test I've had has come back that I'm healthy as a mule.

BMI is based on the premise that a scrawny couch potato with a pot belly is in better shape than the professional athletes he watches on TV.
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

Belly bands are a great idea, but most of them honestly suck, especially for carrying single stack magazines. The design can be vastly improved by sewing a patch of rubber (such as cut pieces of mtn bike tube) to the belly band elastic where it will be inside the pocket.

I have one WRB thumb break holster which I was going to throw away, but it turns out to still be useful, after flipping the holster so the pouches are toward the chest. This gives more compression on the magazines and gun, so they are retained better. It is less comfortable though. Perhaps if one was made deliberately this way, it would be easier to wear and easier to access the items.
