I'm over in Tanglewood area. But we are moving in a few months to West University. My wife is from Houston and she says it's a decent area. One of these days I want to make a break for the Sugar Land area and get out of Houston proper

Some parts of Sugarland, like New Territory, are decent places to live. However, Sugarland is not the garden of Eden. The hyenas from southwest Houston have figured out that it is a rich hunting ground.
