OK...give me your opinions and jokes BEFORE I go buy this!

Ya know. I was thinking. If you're going on the "BLING" aspect. If you put one of those on a big, thick gold chain, then you could wear it as jewlery. You could openly carry concealed. I've seen smaller and LESS colorful stuff in a kiosk in the mall. All you have to do is get a 3 carat fake diamond earring in one ear, and put another necklace with a marijuana leaf on it, and you're in urban cammo! No one would ever notice its a gun. Of course, you'd have to work on being tactically prepared in your new wardrobe also. You'd have to learn how to modify the Weaver stance in pants with the crotch down to your ankles and wearing flip flops. But it's worth it!
Seriously, are those real limited editions by Kimber at some time? I know they had the swirly anodized frames a few years ago in the tiny little 1911, but I've never seen those.
And it would be fun to go to a competition with it. I've seen race guns that look crazier than that. A guy that does duracoat here once did a shotgun in pink for a skeet competitor. I say go for it!!

I have that picture because I like the color purple. If I ever decided to get some kind of pimped-out BBQ gun, it would probably be something like this. So far I am not partcularly tempted, but that may be because I have more practical gun purchases planned, first.seadawg221 wrote: Man! Now that is cool! I like purple!
Remember, in a life-or-death situation, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
