Ordered CrossBreed Supertuck...

#1

Post by cbjetboy »

I ordered a CrossBreed Supertuck Deluxe IWB holster today for my Kimber Ultra Carry II. I hope I like it as I don't know anyone who has one I could test. I went ahead with the order based on reading comments and watching YouTube videos showing the holster. Anyone here have one? Do you like it? I ordered the horsehide and some J-hooks as options. TTYL!! :txflag:

Good choice! I have one for my PT145 and love it! Very easy to put on and take off, matter of seconds. Plus I like the fact that I can change the cant angle and ride depth. I also have the horsehide version but different clips. When I bought mine I got the standard plastic ones but they soon broke. So I emailed them and offered to pay for new ones since it was my fault and they sent me the new metal version free. Excellent customer service I have to say! I think you will enjoy it!

I've had mine for 18 months. It is great, very comfortable, and conceals well with my shirt tucked in. I just wish they had brown clips, because the black ones are more obvious with my brown belt. And it does bulge quite a bit with my XD40. However, with the correct cant, the grip is just about invisible. As far as the bulge, I wear my cell phone in a case clipped to the belt right at the front clip, and that camos it well. No one has asked about the bulge, or clip, but if they do, I'm gonna' tell 'em "Oh, that? It helps with my sacro-illiac pain", which in fact it does.

I have two, one for my PT-111 and one for my PX4 Subcompact. I absolutely love them! They are extremely comfortable and conceal easily, even when just wearing a t-shirt.

Very good choice. I have two supertucks. I have one for my xd .40sc and one for my Kimber Pro Raptor II. Both are conceled very easy with the supertuck and are very comfy.

I got one for my glock 23 and love it. I also got the horsehide but I decided to get the standard clips which work out just fine for me. After a couple trips out in this texas heat, it should form to you very quick. Im still messing around with the adjustments, havent gotten totally comfortable carrying out in public.

Your going to enjoy it...

It arrived today. My Kimber fits TIGHT! I am hoping it will loosen up a smidge as I use it. I'll take some pics soon and post them. :txflag:

I actually bought 2 (horsehide) of those prior to receiving my CHL, forgot about them and left them in a closet. This past weekend I pulled it out and wore it with my Glock 27. It proved to be comfortable and easy to draw from and re-holster.
I wore it with my shirt hanging out. With those hooks hanging over the edge of my trousers, how do you tuck a shirt in? Does it bunch up over the clips? I looked at the website photos and just don't see how they are tucking it in.

Purplehood,
There is a gap/space between the clips and leather backing. Just tuck your shirt in between them and over the kydex/gun. It can munch up some, but you just have to adjust and (even though I hate this terminology) "blouse" your shirt out a bit. I find mine to be very comfortable and easily concealed (except for the clips on the belt) but no one seems to notice. I carry a Taurus 24/7 9mm (little bulky, but still is covered up well).
