That's a beautiful specimen.HighVelocity wrote:I just finished setting up my Springfield Armory Trophy Match for Limited 10 in USPSA. Surprisingly, the big honkin magwell is very lightweight and the gun is under the max weight for IDPA by over half an ounce. I'm not sure she'll fit in the IDPA box though.
Tomorrow she gets a work out at the range to see if any tweaks need to be made but I think she's ready to rock.

Re: Post your 1911 beauties!
Thanks, guys. The bullseye looked like a speck of dirt at that distance. I did cheat though and used a sandbag rest.

Re: Post your 1911 beauties!
Aaaww thats OK> At least you did not cheat unfairly.
See, way I figger it, if sandbags is a cheat then a post is a cheat too, just not as good a cheat.
From there them good sites is too. So to not cheat you gotta get SGT Yorks 7 shooter & do it one handed.
Now THAT's what I call unfair.

Hey HV!! I think I found out your problem. Those are 50 foot targets!!! You're not supposed shoot them 50 yards away!!!HighVelocity wrote:32 rounds at 50 yards.
Hope that helps!
