Shipping a gun

Post by Thunderduck »

I am having to ship my gun back to the manufacturer and I am not sure what the procedure on shipping a weapon is. Has anyone ever done this before or know anything about it.

Yes. It was a revolver and I used an FFL to ship and receive it. It cost $35 each way.

You can use USPS to ship long guns or FedEx or UPS to ship any kind of firearm, but it's a hassle, and expensive with the commercial carriers. This aspect has been covered many times. You can use the Search button at the top of the screen.
