ok, i'll play.

FN 5.7 in a comptac gladiator holster loaded with Elite Ammunition Tb6.
2 spare magazines in comptac carriers loaded with SM4
Galco 1.75 belt
SOG multitool
Gerber 06 knife
iphone
wallet
Surefire flashlight
Keys
watch
pen
sharpie

The only thing I am planning to change is to add a streamlight TLR2-HL to my pistol. I have the light and it is nice, but my current holster won't accommodate a light so I have ordered a new one from Bravo Concealment.

I like it a lot. It is very easy to shoot, with minimal recoil. It is highly accurate and I have had no malfunctions of any kind. It is a very flat shooting round and I can hit man sized targets at 100 yards with no trouble at all. A lot of folks knock the 5.7 round, but the EA ammunition is pretty hot and helps the pistol reach its potential. In my view, it is a gun that will allow me to get a lot of rounds on target quickly if the need arises. For me, that is its appeal. I personally can't accurately fire any other gun as quickly.

The only negative I would note is that there is a lot of muzzle flash in low light, but the streamlight helps counter that so my eyes aren't affected by it. The safety is in a unique location, operated with the index finger on its way to the trigger. It seems folks either really like the gun, or really don't. From my personal testing, I am confident that it will get the job done, and hopefully I never get to test that theory.

Things vary according to mood, I'm retired so I'm less formal than I have been in the past.

Beretta PX4 SC 13 rnds of Hornady Critical Defense 124 G (sometimes the Zombie rounds)
DeSantis Tuckable Holster. (Small Nylon type)
Generic Pocket multi-blade knife . 1.5 inch blade.
A ballpoint pen
Android Cell Phone.
Small pocket camera.
Watch.
RFID shielded Wallet.
Keys, ... Can't go anywhere without keys

I have thought about keeping a rifle in my car. but haven't decided yet.

Here is a website dedicated to Everyday Carry gear. They have good pictures of pocket dumps including for some that conceal carry. Sometimes you will see some interesting gear. The Truth About Guns website also runs a pocket dump of the day article that links off to the Everyday Carry site.

My everyday carry:
Springfield Armory XD9 Sub-Compact with Crossbreed SuperTuck Deluxe IWB holster
Or
Springfield Armory XD-S 3.3" .45ACP with Crossbreed MiniTuck IWB holster
Or
Ruger LCP Custom with DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster

Spyderco Dragonfly Plain Edge Knife

EagleTac D25C Flashlight and here are the technical specifications.

Columbia Leather Wallet

Keys

iPhone

EDIT: Added link to EagleTac D25C flashlight technical specifications.
