Home made holster, has lasted well for 5+ years. Sig P238 is a super accurate handgun. The night sights are what make it my EDC. My biggest problem with my front pocket setup is remembering to clean out the lint weekly, lol. I am not a leo, so deep concealment has been super important... till Jan 1, 2016 anyway.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
This is the pistol I have carried openly every day since I bought it in the summer of 2013. Tanfoglio BTA-90, 9mm, double stack, DA/SA, 13 + 1.
I carry in a Galco King Tuk IWB, concealed at work. I uncover when I get home. When in the yard, I use a belt slide holster with a strap or this paddle holster. I bought this new holster for carrying openly. I wanted one that covered the muzzle completely. Very comfortable and adjustable.
This is my EDC. If I have my pants on, I'm carrying.

This is really "strange". I spent quite some time in the states and truly love people, culture and country. But when I see this I am glad that a huge ocean (and different legislation) separates you guys and my home in Europe...

You're not half as glad as we are. We still remember why we left that stinkhole over 200 years ago.Fabs80 wrote:This is really "strange". Please also be glad you can write snide messages in English. You would be writing in German if Americans ... and our guns ... had not rescued y'all twice. And we stand ready ... with our guns ... to do so again.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
It's interesting that you would come to a gun-related forum just to insult us. Okay, you are afraid of guns, you don't like the protections Americans have via the Second Amendment, and you are glad we aren't neighbors in a geographical sense. That's your opinion, based upon ignorance I suspect, but that alone wouldn't mean you and I couldn't like each other on a personal level. However, making a special effort to join the Forum simply to insult Americans goes far beyond one's position on any political issue including guns. It goes to the core of a person. A good friend of mine is a French national living in Texas as a permanent resident alien ("Green Card"). I once asked him why some Europeans dislike Americans, especially the French. His response was "they are all jealous of the American way of life." As the years went by, I came to realize the accuracy of his statement.Fabs80 wrote:This is really "strange". Your IP address resolves to Germany, so I would think that current events in your country would have clearly revealed to you the evil that can befall a disarmed population. Though I seriously doubt you are interested, feel free to sick around and participate in our discussions. Learn what we are truly about, our values, our love of freedom and why so many Americans have died all over the globe to maintain our own freedom and to bring it to the people of other nations.
If you are German as your IP address suggests, then it's true that we fought and defeated your country twice. We also kept your country from being swallowed up by the Soviet Union. We fed you, supplied you, and worked decades to bring down the Berlin wall and reunite Germany. You are living free of the Stasi because of Americans; I would have thought that would, at a minimum, deserve a modicum of respect.
On a final note, please understand that we Americans couldn't care less what any European thinks of us. If you do decide to stay with us, follow the rules or your stay will be short, very short indeed.
Chas.

What's sad is the accusation that, because we love our rights, we don't love people, other cultures, and our country. How utterly provincial of him.Pawpaw wrote:You're not half as glad as we are. One thing rarely mentioned is elections, we may not have who we need but there was an election:
What about UK and other countries was the King & Queen elected by the people ?
And they mention freedoms.
